Since we opened in 2008, Baobab has grown to twice the original size and created one of the largest outdoor dining spaces in Wellington. It has become a favourite local hub for the community, a place to relax & forget about how busy the outside world can be, while sipping on a premium blend of Ethiopian espresso or a pint of local boutique craft beer in our tranquil courtyard.
Baobab is open 7 days per week serving all day breakfast & lunch. Our seasonal menus are created with love by qualified chefs with locally sourced products. Our wholesome & unique cabinet treats are baked fresh every day; including gluten-free, dairy free & vegan options.
We are also open Friday evenings with live music, serving delicious tapas & after work drinks.
